Small world. This morning I came across a post by home decor blogger, Angela of Number Fifty-Three. She featured a before and after project she did, reupholstering and painting an old Ethan Allen chair. The fabric she used (hence this “I Spy…”) for the chair was some leftover Premier Prints Suzani Summerland Natural she had. She was under the impression it was no longer available and said so in her post. My response? Oh but it is available! And we’ve got it.
I contacted her to give her the good news and it turns out she’s located just a town away from us here in Massachusetts! It also turns out that she’s a huge Premier Prints fan. So here’s the before and after of her chairs project. I love the blue paint and lightly distressed look she created in addition to the new chair upholstery fabric.
